krueng.ai provides free bilingual educational content — English courses, interactive lessons, games, and AI-powered learning tools — for Thai learners of all ages. Our mission is to make quality English education accessible to everyone, especially rural communities, schools, and underserved populations. All content is free to use, download, and share.

2. What Data We Collect

Website (krueng.ai):

• No personal data collected. Our website is static HTML — no accounts, no login, no tracking cookies, no analytics.
• Quiz scores and learning progress are stored only on your device (localStorage) and are never sent to our servers.

LINE Official Account (ครูในไลน์):

• When you interact with our LINE bot, we receive your LINE user ID (an anonymous identifier) and any messages you send (text or voice notes).
• Voice messages are processed by AI speech recognition to evaluate pronunciation. The audio is processed in real-time and not stored permanently.
• We store your learning progress (which lessons completed, pronunciation scores) linked to your anonymous LINE user ID to personalize your experience.
• We do not collect your name, phone number, photo, or any personal LINE profile information beyond what LINE's Messaging API provides by default.

3. How We Use Data

• To deliver personalized English lessons and pronunciation feedback
• To track your learning progress so you can continue where you left off
• To improve our lessons and AI tutoring based on aggregate usage patterns

We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Our AI learning tools use the following services to process your interactions:

• LINE Messaging API — to send and receive messages (governed by LINE's Terms of Service)
• AI language models — to generate responses, evaluate pronunciation, and personalize lessons. Your messages are sent to AI providers for processing but are not used to train their models.
• Speech recognition services — to transcribe voice messages for pronunciation evaluation

5. Data Storage and Security

• Learning progress data is stored on secure AWS servers in encrypted form
• Voice messages are processed in real-time and deleted after generating feedback
• We retain learning progress data for as long as you use the service

6. Your Rights

You can at any time:

• Delete your data — send "ลบข้อมูล" or "delete my data" to the LINE bot and we will erase all stored progress
• Stop using the service — simply block or unfriend the LINE Official Account
• Clear website data — clear your browser's localStorage to reset quiz scores and progress

7. Children's Privacy

Our educational content is designed for learners of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond the anonymous LINE user ID needed to deliver lessons. Parents and teachers are encouraged to supervise children's use of the LINE bot.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, we will notify LINE bot users via a message.
