1. What krueng.ai Is

krueng.ai is a free, open educational platform that provides:

• Bilingual English-Thai learning courses for children and adults
• Interactive lessons, games, quizzes, flashcards, and stories
• AI-powered learning tools including a LINE chatbot English tutor
• Downloadable offline courses for areas with limited internet

All content is provided free of charge. There are no premium tiers, no subscriptions, and no advertising. Our goal is to help Thai learners — especially in rural and underserved communities — gain English skills and digital literacy.

2. Who Can Use It

Anyone can use krueng.ai. There is no age restriction, no registration required, and no geographic limitation. We especially welcome:

• Schools and teachers looking for free classroom materials
• Parents learning alongside their children
• Community organizations running learning programs
• Individual learners of any age and background

3. Using Our Content

You are free to:

• Use all lessons, games, and tools for personal or classroom learning

• Pronunciation feedback is approximate — it helps you improve but may not catch every nuance
• Do not share sensitive personal information (passwords, financial details, ID numbers) with the chatbot

5. No Warranty

krueng.ai is provided "as is" as a free educational resource. We do our best to ensure content is accurate and tools are reliable, but we cannot guarantee:

• That the service will be available at all times without interruption
• That all translations and language content are perfectly accurate
